Previously I owned North Shore Coffee Company, est. 1992, where I worked as a professional baker and barista. I now have returned to my baking roots as Hackel Haus Bakery.

We sell fresh, flavorful and premium ingredient small-batch breads and pastry.

Serving Hastings area, special order customers in the Twin Cities, seasonal markets and popups.

Good ingredients make great pastry.

We source premium local and organic ingredients for our products. We support small business by buying locally milled grains grown by midwest farmers. We use free-range eggs from a small farm in Hastings, seasonal fresh fruits from nearby orchards and honey from Cannon Falls.
